Delivery Times and Costs:
Purchased products will be delivered to the address provided by the customer within 24–72 working hours after the order is accepted, excluding customized items. Shipping costs are specified on the website before order submission. Please note that for deliveries outside of Italy or the European Union, shipping times and costs may vary.
International Orders and Customs: For orders shipped to countries outside the European Union, any import customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend that customers contact their local customs authorities in advance to verify potential costs and import limitations.
Delivery Terms: Delivery times provided are estimates. Any delays or partial shipments do not entitle the customer to refuse delivery or claim compensation.
Inspection Upon Delivery: Upon delivery, the customer is required to verify the following:
- The number of packages corresponds to the transport document.
- The packaging is intact, undamaged, and not wet or altered in any way (including sealing materials like tape or metal straps).
Any damage to the packaging or products, or discrepancies in the number of packages, must be immediately noted on the delivery receipt and returned to the courier. Any issues regarding the physical integrity, correspondence, or completeness of the received products must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
